Everything BuilderHunt keeps in your browser is first-party. We use no third-party analytics, marketing or advertising cookies, we load no tracker or ad network, and nothing here follows you to another site. This page also lists what we keep in localStorage and sessionStorage, which are not cookies — the product analytics live there, and a policy that only mentioned cookies would be accurate and misleading at the same time.

How to opt out
Essential cookies are required for the Service to function — signing in, and refusing an automated sign-up flood. They cannot be disabled while you are signed in. Signing out clears the session cookie immediately.
Functional keys can be cleared from your browser at any time. Clearing them will not affect your ability to use the Service — you may simply be re-prompted for things you had dismissed.
Analytics are off unless you accept them in the cookie banner, and they are our own: no third party receives them. If you accept, we record which pages and steps a visit reached — an event name, the surface it happened on, and the random per-tab id above. No name, no email, no account id and no IP address is stored with an event, and there is no cross-site or cross-device identifier to join them with. Declining, or clearing your choice and declining again, stops the collection; closing the tab discards the id.
